Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your enrollment within 24 hours of payment only if the course has not started.

  • For recorded courses, cancellations are not accepted once material is accessed.

2. Refunds:

  • Full refund will be provided for eligible cancellations (as above).

  • No refunds for live courses once they begin.

  • No refunds for eBooks or digital material once downloaded.

3. Refund Processing:

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Since we offer digital services, physical shipping does not apply.

1. Access to Services:

  • Live class links are shared via email/WhatsApp before the session.

  • Recorded content is accessible via login credentials after successful enrollment.

2. Digital Product Delivery:

  • eBooks, PDFs, and recorded sessions are delivered via secured links or LMS access.
